Event: After the death of a patient with postoperative complication under treatment, the relatives had abused the healthcare workers and vandalized the hospital. Despite the tireless efforts of the doctors, the death was discussed and negotiated with the patient and representatives of the Nepal Police repeatedly, and the District Administration Office, Lalitpur, and the police administration were informed about the treatment. Despite this information, emergency services were disrupted by vandalizing the hospital and threatening the doctors and healthcare workers.

Event: According to the sources, a dead body was brought to the hospital for an autopsy. The relatives of the patient had demanded for a report without an incision in the body. That led to a tense situation and the relatives had vandalized the hospital, manhandled the medical superintendent doctor and pelted stones to the nursing staffs. Event: After death of a lady who had reached the hospital with the complaint of abdominal pain, the irate relatives have staged a demonstration demanding punishment for the hospital administrator and the operating health worker. Following the "uterine" surgery, patient had developed excessive bleeding and was referred to Metro City Hospital in Birgunj where she was pronounced dead on arrival. Following the incident, both the hospital administrator and the health worker are out of contact.
While the news and media have mentioned that the "doctor" had operated the patient, it has been said that the one that performed the surgery was a CMA.
